Calendar Week 6 – Marco Dubler

On Thursday, we both had a day off. We had to line up all our appointments on our day off during the week. In the morning we drove to the Huntsville hospital to give a blood sample, this is related to the doctor’s appointment from last week. The blood sample is part of the yearly checkup. It was a very short visit at the hospital, we had to book the appointment in advance and then we have to text a number as soon as we arrived at the hospital. after a few minutes they texted us to come inside to give the blood sample. The whole process took only 20 minutes and we could leave the hospital. After the appointment we drove to our lot to see if they made any progress.

The constructor workers changed the framing for the slap according to the blueprint. Now the patio will be built opposite of the garage in the south corner of the house. Much better now! On the way back to the house I went for my neighborhood walk as usual on my days off. I do that to get mainly movement and fresh air as well as seeing what is going on in the area. After 40 minutes I was back home at the house.

My hair is growing like crazy and Leslie told me it is time to get a haircut, and that is what I did in the late afternoon. I booked an appointment at the hairdresser saloon on Highway 72 at great clips for 4 o clock. So, we had some time left, we decided to go to the public library in town to get some books to read. The membership for the library is free and you can borrow as much as you like. We found a couple of interesting books which we took home. After visiting the library, it was time to drive to the hairdresser. After dropping me off, Leslie and mum went to Target across the street to pick up Leslie’s contact lenses, which she ordered the other day. My haircut was done in about 20 minutes.

After the haircut, I suggest going to the restaurant Taco Mama at providence to get a frozen margarita pitcher. I like the sangria flavored one very much! Since Leslie has a driver’s license, I can sometimes enjoy some alcohol and don’t have to worry about driving back home.
