Calendar Week 32

Today was finally the Initial walk through our new house at twin creek. The main goal of the walk trough was to evaluate things they are not properly done, or they have forgotten when they built the house. Most of the things we found were minor, such as paint, scratches, missing seal or caulking around the edges. The walk started on the outside and ended inside at the kitchen. The walk trough took us almost 3 hours. For each thing we found we marked it with blue tape, bigger thins we made notes on the punch sheet. We both were happy with the condition of the house as well as the outside. Now they have 7 days to repair and adjust the items we found.

After Lunch time, Leslie had to go to work. I had time to prepare myself for a phone interview. Before the interview, I went for my neighborhood walk to and had a good conversation with the recruiter who called me before hand to give some tips and tricks. I was nervous at the beginning of the interview but during the conversation I got more comfortable and could answer the questions appropriate. I was well prepared, and I had a good feeling afterwards. After the interview I was quite exhausted, I made myself a drink before I made BBQ for dinner.
