Calendar Week 11

I got up early this Sunday morning to drive to our lot in Twin Creek to document the progress on the house. It is impressive how fast they built the house. I have almost trouble to keep up documenting. I was surprised on Sunday at 8am the construction workers were already there and worked on the house. I did not want to interrupt their work effort, I decided to take just a few pictures and left after 15 minutes. Because it was still early in the morning, I decided to drive to ALDI to buy the groceries for tonight’s dinner. It was very quiet in the shop, not many customers were around, this makes it much easier to do fast shopping.

Back at the house I gathered all the information together to file the U.S Taxes, I had to read first the manual and a lot of instructions to understand how I have to fill out the forms. I was very lucky; my mum took the time to support me to fill out the forms. To fill out the federal and the state form took us almost 4 hours in total. Now it is almost done, and I have to write it finial before I can turn in the documents.

We both were exhausted after all these numbers we had to leave the house to get some fresh air. We decided to drive to Home depot to buy some items for the garden. Mum wants to build another herb box. Furthermore, we had to buy a door seal to fix the screen door from the porch. It was a nice and warm afternoon, so I spend some time, after the work was done on the porch and enjoyed my time off for a few minutes, before I started my new online course. I found this course due to a recommendation of a newsletter I have signed up for. This course goes over a period of 7 weeks and is about financial market analysis. The course has been held by the international monetary fund and is supported from the Japanese government. Furthermore, the course is free of charge. I am looking forward to widening my scope about financial market.
