Today, I did some maintenance in mums house, there were a couple of things I had to fix and adjust. This also involved some cleaning and repainting dented areas in the house. Before I could install the new shelfs in the pantry and the closet, we had to drive to Home Depot to get some mounting hardware to attach the shelf on the wall. Back home I could use my new tools I bought a week ago, as well as the new laser level I purchased to make sure the shelf is evenly installed. However, this job took me a bit longer than expected because I had difficulties finding the studs behind the drywall. After I found a stud finder who finally worked properly, I could install the mounting hardware without any issues. Mum was happy to have an additional shelf in the pantry and another one in the master closet. After all the work in the house it was time for me to prepare dinner. I made a delicious shepherd’s pie with sweet potatoes and marshmallows. We both enjoyed our dinner with a glass of nice white wine
