I started my first week at EOC on Tuesday. My first day was basically watching videos about work policies as well as all the different jobs at EOC. The description from the Hood Tech over the Pit Tech and finally my job position as service writer. It took me almost the whole day to watch the videos and do the quizzes. Later in the day I get introduced to the two technicians which were in the middle of removing an engine out of a car. They showed me around and explained the workflow as well as how they handle and distribute the work in the workshop. It was a long and intensive day; I am glad to go back to my family who is waiting with a nice dinner.
